Who fault is childhood obesity

Childhood Obesity who is at fault.
Is it the child fault for being overweight? Is the parent at fault for childhood obesity?
Or is it the society fault ? I feel it is the adults fault, the fault lies with the parent and guardians of these children.

Child obesity has more than tripled in the past 30 years.
I hear constantly about people not understanding why childhood diabetes has increased. Childhood obesity and childhood diabetes run hand and hand the more weight you have around your midsection the higher number of diabetes.

So, let's go back to the 1970, when the child obesity rates were lower. What did we do? WE PLAYED OUTSIDE! We ran around outside, remember your parent's telling you to be in the house before the street light came on? We went swimming, we rode our bikes everywhere! We didn't sit in front of a television and play video games for hours at a time. Our parents didn't stick a us in front of the TV. How many hours does your child sit in front of the TV and play video games? Whose fault it is that we allow our kids to eat McDonald's or any other fast food restaurants instead of a home cooked meal. I realize that times have changed since 1970. We weren't allowed to drink all this soda, energy drinks and high sugar drink WE DRANK GOOD OLD FASHION H2O

What am I trying to say? If you want your kids to live a healthy and longer life? Make them get out of the house. Make them eat healthy diet, Remove all the soda and high sugar drink from the school and our homes. Start cooking meals again.

If you want our children to be healthy , As parents we have to make changes in our own lives and be the a positive role model. We can help our children so they don't have all these nasty health concerns that is caused from longterm weight being carried on our bodies including hypertension, diabetes and high cholesterol.
